Beta Version: A fully functional digital estimating assistant trained on YOUR data, not a demo or prototype.
The Beta Version produces complete estimates end-to-end using your rules, pricing, and output format (PDF/Excel).
Before Stage 2 payment: The Beta Version must successfully estimate 2-3 real sample jobs (plans/specs you provide) with acceptable accuracy.
Stage 2 Payment: Due when your working Beta Product is delivered and demonstrated to your team.
Go-Live (Stage 3): After 14 days of testing in production, your final payment is due and monthly subscription begins.
14-Day Testing Period: We actively fix defects and tune outputs based on your real job usage before final payment.
Monthly Subscription: Starts only after go-live, covering ongoing support, updates, and maintenance.
